Students Today Leaders Forever: The Bemidji State University Chapter
STLF '07 Pay It Forward Tour
The Pay It Forward Tour is the core program of Students Today Leaders Forever. It all began as an idea by four freshmen who had just started their college experience at the University of Minnesota.
What started out as a program of a University of Minnesota student group and a simple idea, has now become a national movement that is catching on at colleges and in communities across the country.
Route One: Beaver Posse
Route Two: Wild West Beaver Fest
STLF '07 Pay It Forward Tour
Since its creation, nearly 600 students have served in 80 communities on the Pay It Forward Tour. Each Tour travels on a different route across the country.
With each day on the tour comes a different city, a different community organization we partner with, and a different social issue for students to learn about through service. The Pay It Forward Tour experience is based on the three main components of Service, Education, and Reflection.

This goal of the Tour is not only to make an impact, however large or small, on each community we visit, but most importantly to make an impact on each participant to make a change when they return. The Tour is not only nine days over spring break, but the beginning of something bigger.
The Pay It Forward Tour 2007 alone will consist of over 600 students and serve over 75 communities across the country.
Be a part of the movement!
