STLF High School Pay It Forward Tour

The first High School Pay It Forward Tour took place during early April of 2006. Now, during the 2006-07 school year, as many as 300 students from across the country will take part in a High School Pay It Forward Tour.

This growth of the Tour to include more and more students is being made possible by the high school students who have been a part of past Tours or STLF High School Leadership Camps.

These students are making a difference in their schools, and in communities across the country.

What is the High School Pay It Forward Tour?

The High School Tour is in some ways similar to the college Pay It Forward Tour, but is also unique in many ways. The tour consists of students traveling by charter bus, and visit and spend a night in four cities over the course of 5 days.

These students carry out a service project in each community they stop in. This Tour is an opportunity to see and learn about various social issues through service. The ultimate goal of the Tour is that each student is in some way inspired or motivated to return to their home towns to make a change, however large or small.

What is the High School Pay It Forward Tour?

Each High School Tour consists of four to five college student chaperones, as well as two adult chaperones to act as mentors to the high school students and ensure for safety on the Tour.
